staff assistance breakfast options great location misleading description bland room terrace view
The staff was helpful during breakfast hours. A full range of options existed. The location is close to many things. The hotel had everything I needed.
The hotel does not match the provided description on some websites , I noticed. The rooms are bland. The outside terrace overlooks a rather shabby block. The hotel is located close to tram lines , so it became noisy early in the morning.

i stayed in a luxury apartment. it was spacious. the living room and separate bedroom were very useful. i found the bed to be very comfortable.
the room was quite cold, even with the heating on.

helpful receptionist spacious room lactose free choices
the receptionist was super helpful i found the rooms quite spacious the breakfast had many options and lactose free choices were available i enjoyed the variety. the bathroom had a bath i liked that it was clean. i appreciated the generous storage space.

loud street noise cheap pillows
i had issues with noise! the street noise was loud almost all night, and the single-pane windows did nothing to block it. it REALLY disrupted my sleep. also, the pillows were not good, I think they could use better quality pillows... they felt cheap, and gave me a stiff neck. i even asked if they had any other pillow options available but they did not
